A conversation with a fellow artist tonight lead to the inspiration for an Iain M Banks, Culture inspired image. The ships in the Culture books are described as simple shapes that are, in essence, mostly forcefieds, but I've attempted to add a little more visual detail. Inspired rather than straight from the books, but I'm actually really happy how this came together.
